Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations. The CEO will shape the organization’s long-term direction, lead growth and ownership transition, manage financial performance and full P&L responsibilities, and strengthen customer relationships and sales. The role includes improving operational processes, setting performance measures, overseeing teams and projects, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and reliable service delivery. The CEO will also develop the leadership team, support employee growth and succession planning, and identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities. Candidates should have at least 15 years of senior management experience, including five or more years in executive leadership, with responsibility for P&L, business planning, and growth. A record of leading an organization through growth, transformation, or ownership transition is required, along with strong operational, project management, sales, communication, and team-building skills. Experience in technology, education markets, or construction is preferred, while familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems is an asset. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or management is required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
