Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a commercially focused Chief Financial Officer to shape financial strategy, strengthen business performance, and support regional and international growth. The role partners with senior leadership on business planning, capital allocation, and long-term growth, while overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reporting, and governance. Key priorities include optimizing working capital, inventory, margins, and cash flow; evaluating investments and expansion opportunities; and improving financial controls, systems, analytics, and business processes. The CFO will also collaborate with commercial and operational teams and lead finance and technology teams. Candidates should have extensive senior finance leadership experience in a large-scale retail organization, with strong knowledge of inventory-intensive operations, working capital, and profitability. Experience in complex, multi-entity or multinational environments and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders are essential. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are required. Experience with financial transformation, enterprise resource planning systems, and data-driven decision-making is advantageous; candidates should currently hold a CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance role.
