Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its global finance function and support sustainable growth across multiple markets and business operations. Responsibilities include setting financial strategy, overseeing performance and governance, and managing financial planning and analysis, cash flow, capital, budgeting, forecasting, risk, and controls. The CFO will also support strategic expansion and investment decisions, translating financial insights into business performance. In addition, the role involves building and developing a high-performing finance team and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should have senior-level CFO or finance leadership experience in hospitality or an international, multi-site business. Strong expertise in financial strategy, reporting, controls, and corporate governance is required, along with commercial acumen and the ability to connect financial analysis to operational results. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing multi-country operations and complex financial structures, as well as the leadership skills to inspire and develop a finance team.
