Interim Senior Director, Site Masterplanning Greater Dubai, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Site Masterplanning to lead the end-to-end process for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the client's high-level vision into a comprehensive implementation plan, including venue footprint, infrastructure, resources, and timelines. This role involves heading a large multidisciplinary planning team, allocating work, and ensuring delivery is on track. The Senior Director will also be the primary point of accountability for the client, running needs assessments, feasibility studies, and benchmarking against global events to create the best site solution. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience, with at least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the Senior Director personally developing masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and visitor journeys. Stakeholder integration across various functions such as marketing, sponsorships, and operations is essential. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, integrating diverse requirements into a cohesive site plan. This is a senior director grade position, and the company offers a long-term contract with the possibility of remote work.
