Senior Vice President, Family Office (Private Investments) Greater Dubai, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for its Family Office, with a focus on private investments. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the Family Office, setting and executing the investment strategy, and managing the principal's private investment portfolio to ensure the preservation and growth of wealth across generations. This pivotal role requires the development and maintenance of the Family Office Investment Policy Statement, strategic and tactical asset allocation across various investment classes, and the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of direct and fund investments both locally and internationally. The SVP will also be responsible for portfolio performance, wealth structuring, succession planning, and ensuring institutional-grade governance, risk management, and compliance. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CFA, or CAIA strongly preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in investment management, private equity, investment banking, or a similar setting. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in managing a multi-asset portfolio, executing direct private investments, and a strong knowledge of wealth structuring and family governance, particularly within the UAE regulatory and tax environment. The role demands a leader with senior experience at a tier-one global financial institution and a background in real estate investment, along with an established network of private banks, fund managers, and co-investors. The ideal candidate will have a history of working directly with ultra-high-net-worth families in the GCC and be adept at managing banking and external relationships, as well as leading a team and overseeing the Family Office's operations.
