Head of Technology

The Company is seeking a Head of Technology to lead its technology function and guide how systems are built, modernized, secured, and scaled. Responsibilities include setting the technology roadmap, establishing clear standards and accountability across engineering teams, and aligning technical priorities with business goals. The role will lead modernization, improve delivery practices, strengthen collaboration with business stakeholders, and proactively manage cybersecurity, data, reliability, and technical risks. The Head of Technology will also develop team members, make technology performance and priorities visible to leadership, and assess emerging technologies with practical business judgment. Candidates should have at least 3–5 years of senior technology or engineering leadership experience, including direct people management and partnership with senior leaders. Required experience includes leading software or application development teams through architecture, modernization, risk, and delivery decisions, as well as building a technology function with measurable execution and clear accountability. Strong business and technical judgment across security, scalability, investment priorities, and emerging technology is essential. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience is preferred; experience with cloud platforms, modern software development, regulated environments, or compliance-focused systems is also advantageous.
