Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide executive leadership for financial strategy, long-term planning, budgeting, reporting, and governance. The CFO will oversee financial services, procurement, and assessment and taxation, while advising senior leadership on strategic decisions. Responsibilities include promoting financial sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement; building high-performing teams; and presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive financial or corporate services leadership experience, including five years in senior management. A CPA designation and a degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field are required, though equivalent education and experience may be considered. The role calls for strong strategic planning and financial expertise, experience leading complex multidisciplinary functions, and knowledge of public-sector accounting standards, financial governance, and municipal administration. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative leadership skills are essential, along with the judgment to work effectively in a dynamic, politically sensitive environment.
