Vice President of Operations Greater Fort Wayne, IN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead multiple industrial business lines and support their growth and operational performance. Responsibilities include overseeing prevocational services, business development and proposal preparation, facilities management, and financial performance through P&L oversight, budgeting, and trend analysis. The role also involves evaluating programs, supporting staff training, monitoring customer feedback and incentive plans, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. The Vice President will guide managers and staff, work with regulators and referral partners, and promote effective communication, problem-solving, and mission-focused teamwork. Candidates should have at least 10 years of management experience, including 10 years in industrial operations, along with strong financial analysis skills and experience managing P&Ls and budgets. Contract negotiation experience and an active federal security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one, are required. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites are also necessary. A related master’s degree, human services experience, and familiarity with relevant federal employment programs and labor requirements are preferred.
