Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function in a commercially focused business with complex inventory and cash-flow needs. The role oversees the finance team and day-to-day cash flow, forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, banking facilities, inventory finance, foreign exchange, tax, compliance, and audit requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to management discussions and strategic planning while partnering with senior leaders on commercial decisions. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines strategic influence with close involvement in financial and operational details. Candidates should have an accounting degree and CA or CPA membership, along with strong technical accounting skills and experience leading finance teams. Relevant experience includes cash-flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance; exposure to inventory or floor-plan facilities and foreign exchange is particularly valuable. Previous external audit experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is commercially confident, able to work with senior decision-makers, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
