Executive Director of Student Financial Services

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Student Financial Services to lead financial aid and student accounts operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, allocating resources, monitoring departmental performance, and developing an integrated service center. The role will drive process improvements and technology initiatives, strengthen regulatory compliance and internal controls, and establish performance measures for service quality and operational effectiveness. The Executive Director will also analyze trends, collaborate across departments, build relationships with external stakeholders, and support staff development. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least seven years of relevant experience is required, preferably in higher education financial aid, student accounts, or integrated student services leadership. Applicants should bring strong knowledge of applicable financial aid regulations and student account compliance, along with experience leading teams, improving processes, and managing operations. Familiarity with financial aid and account systems, technology initiatives, reporting, and performance metrics is important, as are strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Fluency with standard office software is required.
