Senior Associate, Operational Risk Management, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate in Operational Risk Management to support the implementation of operational risk policies and processes and maintain a sound risk and control environment. Responsibilities include reviewing proposed policy deviations and new processes, identifying and escalating potential risks, and supporting risk-awareness initiatives, audits, and examinations. The role also involves preparing accurate periodic risk reports, managing the reporting and investigation of incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, and tracking issues through resolution. The successful candidate will monitor actions arising from risk assessments, audit findings, and regulatory compliance reviews. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in operational risk management or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team are required. Applicants should be proficient in risk assessment, key risk indicators, and control testing, and have a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
