Executive Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Finance to lead financial operations and support long-term organizational growth. The role partners with executive leadership to translate organizational priorities into financial objectives, risk parameters, and operational plans. Responsibilities include modernizing finance functions, improving standardization and automation across core processes, and overseeing accurate, transparent, and compliant consolidated reporting. The executive will assess the financial impact of new programs, use financial technology to strengthen decision-making, and develop a high-performing finance team through mentorship and succession planning. Candidates should have at least 12 years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience, including complex financial reporting and operational transformation. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required; a CPA or MBA is preferred. Strong expertise in GAAP, financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management is essential. The role also calls for sound judgment, ethical leadership, collaboration, and experience in organizational development and talent succession planning.
