Head of Projects, Infrastructure Construction Project Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Projects to lead complex infrastructure construction projects from planning through completion. The role carries responsibility for budgets, schedules, resources, and on-time delivery, while coordinating internal teams, contractors, construction supervision, specialist planners, and quality assurance. Key duties include monitoring progress and controlling costs, managing risks and change orders, addressing deviations, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations. Candidates should hold a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable engineering discipline, and have experience delivering and managing logistics, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Experience leading projects with budgets exceeding €100 million, managing project teams, and applying project controls, scheduling, cost planning, change-order, and contract-management practices is required. Excellent written and spoken German and English, at least C1 level, are essential, along with strong stakeholder-management, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with relevant project-planning and enterprise software is expected; project-management certification, Lean Management experience, and practical knowledge of building information modeling are advantageous.
