Senior Vice President, Transaction Banking Greater Lima, Peru Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Transaction Banking to manage and grow relationships with large corporate and multinational clients. Responsibilities include shaping client strategies, identifying commercial opportunities, and advising senior executives on transaction banking needs. The role will coordinate with product specialists to structure tailored financial solutions, drive cross-selling and sustainable finance adoption, and manage credit proposals, negotiations, and risk approvals. The successful candidate will oversee transactions from origination through implementation, monitor portfolio performance, and share sector expertise and best practices with colleagues. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree, MBA, or relevant specialization is valued. A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, transaction banking, or senior corporate finance roles is required, including managing major corporate portfolios and negotiating directly with C-suite executives. Applicants should bring strong credit analysis, financial structuring, sector knowledge, data analytics, and expertise in transaction banking services and sustainable finance. Advanced or bilingual English and proficiency with financial modeling, data analysis, and corporate CRM tools are also required.
