Vice President of Incubation Hub

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Incubation Hub to build and lead a team that identifies, tests, and develops new product opportunities. The role will define the hub’s strategy and roadmap, run customer-focused experiments, and decide which ideas to scale, refine, or discontinue. The leader will assess existing offerings, guide customer transitions when products are retired, and partner with teams across the business on product positioning and portfolio priorities. They will also shape an AI-forward product direction, align cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes, and use market and technology insights to strengthen long-term differentiation. Candidates should bring broad product leadership experience across different product types and business models, with a record of guiding products through multiple full lifecycles. Experience bringing AI-powered products or features to market and an AI-native approach to work are required. The role also calls for experience building and growing product teams, strong ownership and entrepreneurial initiative, and the ability to make sound decisions amid ambiguity. Candidates should demonstrate market awareness, clear communication, candor, and integrity.
