Head of Commercial

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial to lead its commercial, business controls, and strategic business management functions. The role is responsible for setting and delivering commercial strategy, identifying growth and revenue opportunities, and overseeing the negotiation and governance of key customer contracts and partnerships. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the team, guide business planning and performance management, and develop and implement business controls. They will also support organizational transformation and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance business objectives. Candidates should demonstrate strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to use data and performance insights to inform decisions. The role requires a solid understanding of governance, business controls, risk management, and change management, alongside strong financial management and budgetary control capabilities. Proven experience in business planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic development is essential.
