Head of Commercial

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial to lead its commercial, business controls, and strategic business management functions. The role includes setting direction for teams, developing and delivering commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing the negotiation and governance of major customer contracts and partnerships. The successful candidate will also shape business plans, performance management, organizational transformation, and the implementation of a business controls framework. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to support strong governance, business performance, and sustainable growth. Candidates should bring strong commercial judgment and experience developing business opportunities and negotiating complex, high-value contracts. The role requires analytical capability, financial management and budgetary control skills, and a solid understanding of governance, risk, business controls, and change management. Significant experience in business planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic development is expected. Applicants should also have experience leading and developing teams and influencing senior executive stakeholders, ideally in a regulated or complex environment.
