Chief of Staff, AI & Applied Intelligence

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to help lead its AI and applied intelligence strategy. Working closely with senior leadership, the role will translate strategic priorities into operating plans, coordinate delivery across complex stakeholder groups, and ensure initiatives achieve measurable business value. Responsibilities include collaborating across legal, business, technology, data, finance, and other functions, while engaging with external providers, clients, regulators, and industry partners. The role will also contribute to the development of the organization’s applied intelligence capabilities and client-facing strategy. Candidates should have experience leading complex technology, data, AI, transformation, or strategic programs, ideally in professional services, consulting, technology, or a similarly complex environment. Strong stakeholder management, senior-level influence, commercial judgment, communication, organization, and prioritization skills are essential. The successful candidate will be pragmatic, collaborative, accountable, and able to create structure and deliver results amid ambiguity. A sound understanding of generative AI, including its opportunities, risks, governance, and regulatory considerations, is expected; deep technical expertise is not required. Relevant experience may come from a Chief of Staff, program leadership, transformation, strategy, or legal background with exposure to legal technology, innovation, or AI.
