Head of Global Philanthropy

The Company is seeking a Head of Global Philanthropy to lead fundraising growth across established and emerging markets. The role combines senior leadership with hands-on donor development, including personally securing significant gifts and building relationships with new and existing major donors. Responsibilities include developing and delivering a sustainable philanthropy strategy, expanding donor networks, strengthening the major-gift pipeline, and growing flexible, multi-year giving. The successful candidate will also lead and develop the philanthropy team and collaborate with senior colleagues to advance fundraising priorities. Candidates should have a proven record of originating and securing substantial five- and six-figure gifts, deals, or financial commitments from high-net-worth individuals or senior decision-makers. They should bring experience identifying and converting high-value prospects, influencing senior stakeholders, and developing income-generation or business-development strategies, supported by strong commercial judgment and forecasting skills. Leadership experience—or clear readiness to lead and develop a growing team—is required. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, emotional intelligence, initiative, and a results-focused approach are essential.
