Head of Recruitment Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Recruitment Operations to lead a sizeable, multi-regional recruitment function and shape its future direction. The role is responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality service, improving performance through clear KPIs and accountability, and coaching recruitment managers to build strong teams. The successful candidate will review processes and structures, lead operational change and continuous improvement, and use recruitment data, technology, and market insights to guide decisions. They will also build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and align recruitment delivery with broader organizational priorities. Candidates should bring substantial experience in agency recruitment, executive search, RPO, or a similarly commercial recruitment environment, along with a record of leading sizeable operations across teams or locations. Experience managing managers, developing leadership capability, and delivering high-volume recruitment against productivity and performance measures is important. The role calls for strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills, a data-driven commercial approach, and the ability to lead change.
