Vice President, Data Centre Delivery Lead Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Data Centre Delivery Lead to direct end-to-end construction and delivery across its EMEA portfolio, from pre-construction handoff through commissioning and operational turnover. The role will set regional delivery strategy, lead and develop a high-performing team, and establish consistent governance, processes, controls, and reporting. Responsibilities include managing budgets and capital expenditure, contractor and vendor strategies, construction schedules, quality, power delivery, and program risks. The successful candidate will also drive cost and delivery improvements, champion site safety and sustainability, and represent the delivery function in customer and strategic partner discussions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. They must bring at least 15 years of experience delivering large-scale, capital-intensive construction programs, including 10 or more years in senior leadership, with extensive mission-critical or data centre infrastructure experience. Proven leadership of multi-site, multi-billion-dollar portfolios and deep expertise in civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction are required. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including capital expenditure management, contract strategy, and risk allocation, as well as executive-level communication and influence, are essential.
