Vice President, Global Blended Finance Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Blended Finance, to manage financing proposal programs and advance blended finance initiatives supporting climate resilience and economic development in emerging markets. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, compliance, reporting, and proposal administration; originating transactions and developing business opportunities; and negotiating legal documentation. The role also involves building relationships with public and multilateral stakeholders, coordinating internal teams and onboarding processes, and preparing pipeline updates and presentations for senior stakeholders. Candidates should have extensive experience in blended or climate finance, with a successful transaction record in climate finance or emerging markets. Strong knowledge of blended finance and banking products—including syndicated lending, debt capital markets, structured finance, foreign exchange, and cash management—is required, as is experience with Green Climate Fund proposals and related reporting. Experience with multilateral development banks or development finance institutions is an advantage. Applicants should be organized, proactive, able to manage multiple deadlines independently, and have excellent English communication skills; Spanish or French is preferred. An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.
