The Company is seeking a Vice President, Lead Business Execution Consultant to deliver strategic payments and liquidity change across EMEA. The role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives, managing scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, and regulatory impacts across business, technology, operations, and control teams. Responsibilities include defining requirements and readiness measures, coordinating testing and implementation, supporting migration and cutover, and managing risks, issues, decisions, and approvals. The consultant will also advise senior stakeholders, facilitate working groups, and use planning and workflow tools to track progress and operational impacts. Candidates should have experience in business execution, programme or project management, implementation, strategic planning, or business analysis, including end-to-end change delivery in payments, cash management, liquidity, or treasury at a global financial institution. They should be skilled in interpreting regulatory requirements and leading complex initiatives across workstreams, regions, and time zones, with strong communication and facilitation abilities. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of TARGET2, euro clearing, payment schemes, EMEA migrations, operational controls, and Agile or Waterfall methods is desirable; relevant project management, treasury, or process improvement qualifications are also an asset.
