The Company is seeking a Vice President, PMO Manager to lead governance, delivery assurance, and value realization across complex global transformation programmes. Responsibilities include establishing PMO frameworks and controls; tracking risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones, and programme benefits; and translating delivery data into executive reporting and actionable insights. The role will champion Jira-based portfolio management, improve reporting quality and workflows, and provide independent assurance, go-live readiness, and audit support. It will also advise senior stakeholders, represent the PMO in client governance forums, and coordinate across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in financial services or related investment and capital markets environments, including leadership of PMO functions for large-scale transformation, client onboarding, operating model change, or technology programmes. Advanced expertise in Jira, Confluence, Agile delivery, dashboards, and portfolio reporting is required, along with experience using enterprise portfolio management platforms and managing budgets, forecasts, and benefits tracking. Applicants should understand front-to-back investment operations, regulatory change, and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Strong executive communication, analytical judgment, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive accountability in a regulated global environment are essential.
