Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations in partnership with executive leadership. Responsibilities include setting the technology roadmap and governance approach; assessing systems for modernization or consolidation; and guiding architecture across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and security. The CTO will identify opportunities to apply AI and automation, align technology investments with business goals, oversee IT operations and vendors, and manage budgets and delivery processes. The role also includes developing the technology team, strengthening security and business continuity, and working with stakeholders to improve operations and enable innovation. Candidates should bring progressive IT leadership experience, including managing technology teams and leading transformation or modernization initiatives. Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, enterprise systems, application development, cybersecurity, and risk management is required, along with experience supporting multi-site environments. The ability to translate technical concepts into business value and collaborate effectively with executive leaders is essential. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; experience with AI, analytics, product commercialization, or relevant technical certifications is an advantage.
