Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations in partnership with executive leadership. Responsibilities include setting the technology vision and roadmap; assessing systems for modernization or consolidation; guiding architecture across cloud, applications, infrastructure, and security; and identifying opportunities to use AI and automation. The CTO will oversee IT operations, budgets, vendors, cybersecurity, and business continuity, while building and developing a high-performing technology team. The role also involves aligning technology investments with business goals and establishing effective project delivery practices. Candidates should bring progressive IT leadership experience, including managing technology teams and leading transformation or modernization initiatives. Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise systems, infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, governance, and risk management is required, along with experience supporting multi-site environments. The ability to translate technical concepts into business value and collaborate with executive leaders is essential. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; experience with AI, product commercialization, analytics, or relevant certifications is an advantage.
