The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for a Senior Analyst role within the Sales Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of sales performance metrics, client analytics, and management reporting across markets. This pivotal position involves working closely with senior stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include producing and maintaining sales productivity reporting, supporting the development of client value and sales performance methodologies, and creating senior management reporting materials. The role also requires the individual to partner with various teams to source, validate, and reconcile data, as well as to contribute to the evolution of self-service analytics capabilities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or management reporting within financial services or a corporate environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, or Python is also required. The ideal candidate will have a background in markets, institutional banking, or capital markets, and be familiar with client analytics, sales productivity measurement, and commercial performance reporting.
