Chief of Department Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Department to manage day-to-day security operations and contracted security services across assigned facilities. Responsibilities include supervising field leaders, conducting site inspections, overseeing incident investigations and risk assessments, and ensuring appropriate staffing and coverage for security and fire-safety posts. The role also manages 24-hour security desk operations, evaluates personnel performance, enforces security policies, and monitors incident reporting and other security programs. The Chief will advise senior leadership on security matters, recommend operational improvements, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with law enforcement agencies. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of satisfactory experience in a protection or security program, including at least 18 months in an administrative, managerial, executive, or security-supervision capacity.
