Executive Director, Futures Commission Merchant Compliance Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead compliance oversight for its Futures Commission Merchant business. The role will set and strengthen the compliance program, advise senior business and trading leaders on initiatives and regulatory matters, and lead a team of compliance professionals. The successful candidate will partner with legal, audit, risk, and regulatory stakeholders to identify emerging risks, improve compliance frameworks, and support sound business decisions. Responsibilities also include shaping compliance strategy and driving organizational change. Candidates must have at least seven years of compliance experience, or equivalent experience, training, or education. Deep knowledge of Futures Commission Merchant activities and relevant regulatory requirements is strongly preferred, along with experience designing and operating enterprise compliance programs, including risk assessment, regulatory change management, monitoring, issue management, and reporting. The role calls for business-facing advisory experience, strong leadership and stakeholder-influencing skills, and the ability to make informed decisions and deliver change. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
