Head of Americas HR

The Company is seeking a Head of Americas HR to lead the people agenda across North America and partner with senior business leaders. The role oversees a team of HR professionals and drives strategic and operational initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing employee relations and complex people matters, coaching leaders, and advancing talent development, succession planning, engagement, and retention. The successful candidate will also use workforce insights to inform decisions and support onboarding, offboarding, global initiatives, and process improvements. Candidates should have at least eight years of progressive HR experience, ideally in financial services, along with experience advising senior leaders on complex people matters and managing a team. Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. The role calls for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, data-driven environment. A bachelor’s degree is required; experience with HR information systems is an advantage.
