The Company is seeking a Program Manager Team Lead to lead its Business Programs team and oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role includes coaching and developing experienced program managers, managing the program portfolio, and directing resources toward the highest-impact work. The team lead will partner with senior stakeholders to turn organizational priorities into integrated plans, milestones, and clear accountability. Responsibilities also include managing risks and dependencies, establishing effective governance, communicating with senior leadership, and stepping in to lead critical programs when needed. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in program management, technology delivery, or a related field, including at least four years of people leadership experience. They should bring a strong record of leading complex programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and establishing plans, governance, and executive communications. Strong technical understanding, including familiarity with the software development lifecycle, is required, along with sound judgment and the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments. Experience leading program managers in a large technology organization and familiarity with financial markets, technology modernization, or regulatory change are desirable.
