Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Technology & Enterprise Services

The Company is seeking a senior legal executive to lead legal strategy, risk management, and counsel across technology and enterprise services. The role oversees intellectual property, technology, cybersecurity, privacy, and commercial contracting, while advising executive leaders on enterprise initiatives, transformation, partnerships, and emerging legal and regulatory risks. Responsibilities include leading and developing legal teams, supporting technology innovation and responsible data use, advising on cyber incident preparedness and privacy governance, and improving contracting frameworks. The executive will collaborate across business and control functions, translating complex legal issues into practical guidance while balancing risk management with business needs. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar. At least 10 years of legal experience, including significant leadership experience, is required, along with deep expertise across several areas such as technology transactions, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and commercial contracting. Applicants should have a record of advising senior executives and boards on complex, high-impact matters. Experience in regulated financial services or technology, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cloud computing, data governance, and leading teams through organizational change is preferred.
