Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation & Operational Excellence

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Transformation and Operational Excellence to strengthen organizational effectiveness, execution, and enterprise capabilities. The role will lead cross-functional transformation, process redesign, business integration, and implementation of strategic priorities, while establishing operating metrics and management reporting. Responsibilities include developing enterprise risk and vendor management programs, advancing compliance and internal controls, and providing day-to-day administrative oversight of Internal Audit while preserving its independence. The SVP will advise senior leadership and Board committees, build a high-performing team, and support accountability and continuous improvement across the organization. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, organizational effectiveness, enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit, or related fields, including five or more years in senior leadership. A record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and process improvement, overseeing vendor relationships and contracts, and building risk or compliance programs is required. Applicants should have strong knowledge of internal audit principles and the three-lines model, and be able to advise executives and communicate with Board audiences. Experience in a regulated or highly accountable environment is valued, along with familiarity with workflow automation, business process management, data, or governance, risk, and compliance tools; an advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred.
