Vice President of Product, Payments Platform Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the development and operation of reusable, resilient payments platform services. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include setting platform strategy and roadmaps, translating customer and business needs into measurable outcomes, and partnering with engineering on scalable, reliable, and well-controlled solutions. The successful candidate will also drive partner integrations, production operations, risk and controls, and lead a high-performing product team. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in product management, payments, financial services, or a related technology-led field, along with a track record delivering complex products across matrixed teams. Strong product judgment, technical fluency in APIs and service-based architectures, Agile delivery experience, and operational and risk awareness are required. Excellent communication, prioritization, and execution skills are essential, as is a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with digital payments, reusable platform services, modern architectures, and partner integrations is preferred.
