Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead a business turnaround and operational transformation, with full responsibility for local business leadership and financial and operational performance. The role focuses on restoring profitability, improving manufacturing productivity, and optimizing costs, warehousing, supply chain, and logistics. The Managing Director will strengthen the leadership team, build accountability, and guide organizational and cultural change while maintaining operational stability. Responsibilities also include improving performance management and cross-functional collaboration, aligning operational capabilities with customer and commercial needs, and turning digital and process-improvement initiatives into measurable results. Candidates should bring senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in a substantial industrial or manufacturing business, along with hands-on knowledge of factory operations, production planning, supply chain, and logistics. A track record in turnarounds, restructuring, transformation, or major performance improvement is required, supported by strong financial and commercial judgment. The role calls for experience leading multidisciplinary teams and organizational change in an international business environment, as well as fluent English. Higher education in engineering, industrial management, operations, business, or a related field is expected.
