Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead a business turnaround and operational transformation, with full responsibility for local business performance and profit and loss. The role focuses on restoring profitability, improving manufacturing, warehousing, supply-chain and logistics efficiency, and strengthening cost discipline and commercial responsiveness. The Managing Director will lead the local management team, improve accountability and cross-functional collaboration, and guide organizational and cultural change. Responsibilities also include setting performance measures, ensuring safety, quality and environmental compliance, and turning digital and process-improvement initiatives into measurable results. Candidates should bring senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in a substantial industrial or manufacturing business, along with hands-on knowledge of factory operations, production planning, supply chains and logistics. A track record in transformation, restructuring, turnaround, or major performance improvement is essential, supported by strong financial and commercial judgment. The role also calls for experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering organizational change in an international business environment. A relevant higher education qualification and fluent English are required; knowledge of Estonian or other languages is an advantage.
