Chief Data & AI Officer Greater Paris, France Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Data & AI Officer to lead its global Data & AI transformation across products, engineering, and business functions. The role will define and execute a cohesive roadmap, strengthen data governance, and accelerate the deployment of AI solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing data engineering and reliable data foundations, managing the lifecycle of a global AI agent marketplace, and modernizing business processes through AI and lean engineering. The leader will develop multidisciplinary teams, foster a data-driven culture, and advise senior stakeholders on long-term priorities and emerging technologies. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and have at least 15 years of professional experience, including more than five years in relevant technical or management fields. Strong expertise in at least three areas among AI/ML engineering, data engineering, cybersecurity, and modern lean engineering is required, along with experience delivering complex data and AI programs and deploying AI products into production. Candidates should also bring knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data engineering practices, plus demonstrated people leadership and organizational change experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential; a master’s degree in engineering or an MBA, relevant certifications, and experience with cloud-based architectures or related industries are additional assets.
