Vice President of Operations Greater Saint Paul, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead payment and transaction processing functions, ensuring services are accurate, secure, controlled, efficient, and timely. Responsibilities include overseeing ACH, domestic and international wire transfers, payment exceptions, reconciliation, and fraud-prevention services. The role will maintain operational controls, manage risk and escalations, and oversee customer implementations, system testing, upgrades, and process improvements. It will also coordinate with vendors and internal teams, lead and develop operations staff, and establish procedures, service standards, and accountability. Candidates should have significant banking operations experience with increasing responsibility and strong knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, deposit and payment processing, exception handling, and commercial cash management. Experience managing operational teams, processes, systems, or major implementations is required; familiarity with Jack Henry and relevant payments certifications is preferred. The role calls for expertise in payment risk, internal controls, and fraud prevention, along with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
