The Company is seeking a senior information security executive to lead security strategy and execution across its technology operations and policy portfolios. The role advises executive leadership, partners with business and technology stakeholders, and develops measurable plans to deliver secure, resilient, and reliable services. Responsibilities include assessing and balancing risk, strengthening security practices, supporting technical resilience, and guiding organizational change and innovation. The executive will also build and develop teams, foster collaboration across a complex organization, and communicate practical security guidance to diverse stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, information security, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years of progressive experience in technology, information security, and people leadership. Experience partnering with product and engineering teams on secure development and delivery practices is required; a CISSP or comparable certification is preferred. Applicants should bring deep technical expertise in securing complex solutions, strategic leadership, strong risk management and change management skills, and the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
