Interim Senior Vice President, Project Manager, Data Centre Migration, Technology Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a senior project manager to lead an enterprise data centre build-out and migration programme from initiation and design through construction, migration, and operational handover. Responsibilities include establishing delivery governance, integrated schedules, budgets, and reporting; coordinating technical teams and vendors; and planning migration waves, cutovers, testing, and legacy-site decommissioning. The role also oversees infrastructure capacity, operational readiness, business continuity, disaster recovery, and security requirements. The project manager will manage programme risks and dependencies, report to executive stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives, regulatory obligations, and approved budgets. Candidates should have at least 15 years of project management experience, including 8–10 years leading large-scale technology or capital infrastructure programmes, and have owned a full data centre build-out or major migration through handover. A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or MBA and project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous. Strong experience with data centre infrastructure, multi-vendor delivery, production workloads in high-availability environments, and budget, schedule, and risk management is essential. Candidates should also be proficient with project management and reporting tools, and bring executive communication, stakeholder leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
