Assistant Vice President, SWIFT Operations Greater Singapore Area

The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President for SWIFT Operations within Wholesale Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing SWIFT message processing, driving automation and straight-through processing initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence through strong stakeholder engagement and risk management. This role requires a professional with at least 5 years' of relevant experience, a good knowledge of SWIFT messages, and a strong commitment to eliminating, simplifying, and automating processes. The AVP will also be involved in supporting business continuity arrangements, supervising operational activities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with service standards.
