Interim Head of Fleet Management (Contract) Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Head of Fleet Management to oversee the long-term sustainability, scalability, and operational health of its rider ecosystem. This key leadership role is responsible for the strategy and execution of rider growth, lifecycle management, governance, compliance, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will ensure that the company maintains a healthy, engaged, and compliant fleet capable of supporting business growth. As a member of the local logistics leadership team, the Head of Fleet Management will also partner with regional stakeholders to build scalable systems, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen the company's position as the preferred platform for delivery partners. Applicants for the Head of Fleet Management position should be experienced leaders with a strong background in operations management, particularly in the context of large, diverse teams. The role requires a candidate with at least 7 years' of experience in operations, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Responsibilities include owning rider growth planning and execution, leading acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to enhance the rider experience.
