Vice President, Loan Process Management, Group Wholesale Banking, Group Portfolio Management Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP for Loan Process Management within its Group Wholesale Banking, Group Portfolio Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing management of governance, risk, and process improvement initiatives across the wholesale banking sector. This role involves close collaboration with group functions and country stakeholders to ensure the effective coordination, monitoring, and follow-up of these initiatives. The VP will also be engaged in regular interactions with business, credit, operations, and support teams across multiple countries to ensure a clear understanding of group requirements and to address any implementation issues that may arise. Applicants for this role at The Company should be degree holders with a minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in banking, governance, audit, project coordination, business management, or process improvement functions. Experience in wholesale banking, credit processes, or governance-related functions is advantageous. The role requires a candidate with strong coordination and follow-up skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as is the ability to prepare management reports, presentation materials, and analysis for various forums. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and possess good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
