The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Information Management to lead data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting services supporting investment-related business objectives. The role oversees the delivery and modernization of enterprise data products, manages complex initiatives and multidisciplinary teams, and aligns technology priorities with business strategy and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include setting priorities, managing budgets and vendors, building stakeholder relationships, developing talent, and promoting responsible use of AI. The Executive Director also ensures strong data governance, security, compliance, and operational performance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a master’s degree and relevant professional certifications preferred. Required qualifications include at least 10 years of experience in IT, data, or analytics and five years in technical leadership or supervision, along with deep investment and investment accounting knowledge. Applicants should bring experience leading enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and transformation programs, plus strong portfolio management, financial planning, stakeholder engagement, and team development skills.
