Vice President & Branch Manager

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Branch Manager to lead branch operations and support growth in customer accounts and relationship balances. The role focuses on strengthening customer service, managing an efficient operating platform, and ensuring productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also serve as a legal representative and oversee branch compliance, audit recommendations, and contingency planning. Applicants should have a university degree or higher and proven executive experience in general banking, including sales and service management; prior branch management experience is preferred. The role requires extensive banking product knowledge, experience in product development, strong analytical and planning abilities, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Candidates must also hold the required professional licenses and certifications covering trust operations, foreign exchange, investment and insurance products, financial conduct, internal controls, compliance, anti-money laundering, and customer protection.
