Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee its accounting and finance function, strengthen governance and compliance, and support management decision-making. Responsibilities include leading tax filings and audit responses, managing transfer pricing, internal controls, risk assessments, and audit coordination, and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting. The role also leads budgeting, forecasting, cash and working capital management, funding, and foreign exchange risk, while providing financial analysis and investment evaluations. The Head of Finance will manage and develop the finance team, improve processes, establish KPIs, advise senior management, and support due diligence for acquisitions and investments. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, with more than 10 years of finance or accounting experience and over five years in a management role. Experience owning monthly and annual closing processes and working with audit firms and tax advisors is required. Professional-level Japanese and English are essential. CPA or USCPA credentials, a tax accountant qualification, and experience in a multinational environment are preferred.
