Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A, with potential to progress to a future CFO role. The successful candidate will shape business strategy and strengthen management accounting, including medium-term planning, annual budgeting, and performance tracking. Responsibilities include improving cost and KPI management, assessing investment priorities and business cases, and monitoring investments after approval. The role also leads the FP&A team’s recruitment and development. Candidates should have practical experience in FP&A, corporate planning, or a similar function within a business, along with people-management experience. They must be able to engage with executives and business leaders, support decision-making, and communicate financial insights effectively. Strong capabilities in planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and investment evaluation are important for success.
