Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Candidates should bring a strong record in business and sales leadership, experience developing solution sales and customer segmentation, and an understanding of industrial operations. The role requires the ability to work closely with owners and the board in a family-owned business. Industry or construction market knowledge, export experience, familiarity with designer and influencer networks, and technology commercialization experience are valued.
