Executive Director, PACE

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community-based program providing comprehensive health and supportive services to older adults. The role combines strategic leadership with oversight of planning, daily operations, financial resources, and human resources. The Executive Director will guide teams in delivering and evaluating programs, monitoring quality, and meeting organizational goals, while building collaborative relationships and responding to community needs. The position also includes administrative on-call responsibilities. Candidates should have at least five years of healthcare experience and three years of management experience, preferably in geriatric care, along with experience serving older adults. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; ten years of management experience may substitute for the degree. Applicants should have professional knowledge in a relevant care or human-services discipline, familiarity with PACE regulations and healthcare and aging networks, and strong leadership, supervisory, communication, and facilitation skills. Computer proficiency and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are also required.
