Account Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Remote (anywhere in Georgia)

The Company is seeking an Account Chief Technology Officer to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and shape technology strategy for large accounts. Responsibilities include partnering with business and client stakeholders to define requirements, develop secure and scalable architectures, and create transformation roadmaps and modernization strategies. The role will guide architecture and engineering teams, resolve complex technical challenges, manage technology risks, and ensure high-quality implementation. The CTO will also build senior client relationships, advise on architectural decisions, develop reusable frameworks and solution blueprints, and contribute to innovation, proposals, and industry thought leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience, along with a background as a Chief Architect or digital architecture lead and experience leading architects on large programs. Required expertise includes enterprise architecture, digital transformation, cloud, integration, APIs and microservices, security, and emerging technologies such as AI; practical experience with Lean or Agile methods and enterprise architecture frameworks is also expected. Strong communication, advisory, technical leadership, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is the ability to translate business goals into scalable solutions and guide detailed design and implementation. Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs, estimating costs, and contributing to industry publications or intellectual property is preferred.
